Problems Logging In For Downloading Programs
I forgot my username or password to download the show. Or, I'm filling in for someone and don't know it.
We assign, record and send your login credentials in a "Welcome Affiliate" email. If you don't know your login credentials, please fill out this form.
My login information doesn't work.
Both your username and your password are case sensitive. Please check that caps lock is turned off. Should the problem persist, please contact us.
I can't get into the FTP
If you use the FTP regularly to log-in, please remember to come to this website as an alternate place to download. We recommend using a free FTP client such as FileZilla, or trying to view the site in a different browser as older browsers and Internet Explorer browsers often have bugs. If the issue persists, please contact us.

I'm not getting the weekly affidavit email reminder.
Please check your spam/junk box to be sure the emails are not being marked as spam. Once that is complete, you can log into Affidavits and make sure the email address on file is up to date.
